Please make sure to check whether the power switch on the back of the base station is turned on.

No, the package does not include any cleaning solution. It needs to be purchased separately.

How to use the “Powerboost Charging” function?
Open the App → Tap Enter → Settings → Station Advanced Settings → Enable Powerboost Charging. Select Standard or Extended Mode. When active, the robot flashes white rapidly and the App shows a lightning icon for fast charging.

How does the robot create a map?
Before mapping, open doors, clear obstacles, and ensure good lighting. Place the robot in front of the base and turn it on. In the ECOVACS HOME App → Enter Device → Quick Mapping. The robot will confirm once mapping is complete.

How to add a Heavy-Duty Cleaning Solution?
Remove the left base cover and take out the two tanks. Fill the blue tank with ECOVACS heavy-duty cleaning solution (sold separately). Reinstall, secure the cover, then enable auto-add in the App.
